Billy Fletcher Joins Environmental Underwriting Team
William ‘Billy’ Fletcher is the newest member of the Southeast Region Environmental Underwriting Team and will be based in Atlanta. Billy has 7 years of Environmental Consulting experience and has performed work throughout the Southeast and Midwest region.

Southeast Region Welcomes New Financial Lines Team Members
Chris Underwood joined the Southeast Region Cyber and E&O Team and will be based in Atlanta. Prior to joining Chubb, he worked as a financial lines underwriter and various analyst roles within the fuel industry.

Will Handley recently joined the Southeast Region’s Cyber and Professional Liability Team from our New York City branch. He began with Chubb in June of 2018 underwriting Cyber and Professional Liability for the New York region. Prior to joining Chubb, Will worked as a Cyber & Professional Liability Underwriter in Major Accounts and as a Claims Analyst in Commercial Property.

Meet Chubb's Loss Risk Engineering Services Atlanta Branch Manager
William “Billy” Bowman joined the Southeast Region as the Atlanta Risk Engineering Services Branch Manager in July 2019. Billy joins us from the Midwest region where he reported to the Cincinnati branch as a Senior PCRE.
Billy began his career as a safety specialist, and later manager, overseeing safety for 56 operations in 16 states. He joined Chubb in November 2013 as a Property and Casualty Risk Engineer with a focus on client service, given his safety experience and background. Billy also expanded his area of expertise to support manufacturing, oil/gas, mining, and the equine industries throughout the Midwest.
Billy attended Eastern Kentucky University where he graduated with a Bachelors in Loss Prevention and a Master’s in Safety, Security, and Emergency Management. He is based in Atlanta and can be reached at 859-494-4769 or wbowman@chubb.com.
