Entry Age (Insured)

• 30 days - 65 years to get Death Protection benefit due to any causes
• 6 years - 64 years to get Death Protection benefit due to accident and Total & Permanent Disablement benefit protection

Minimum Premium

• IDR 4.200.000,-/monthly
• IDR 50.000.000,-/yearly.

Payment method: Monthly or Yearly
