Role Purpose


Role holder will assist policy administration and servicing in Casualty, Fire (incl. Terrorism), and Fin. Lines for Dubai UWs in line with wider regional initiatives


Key Responsibilities


1. Maintenance of accurate policy bookings in Chubb systems ( Apollo, Portal)

2. Document archival in Apollo as per service standards

3. Support internal departments like Claims, Credit Control and Finance by researching and providing information as appropriate and supporting the closure of Open Items

4. Build relationships and have regular contacts with Brokers/Clients assisting them in Policy related queries under the guidance of Underwriter

Experience


University degree preferably with relevant educational background / excellent fluency in both written and spoken English / Military obligations must be completed for male candidates.


Experience of working in an Insurance (preferable) or other Financial Services company environment beneficial with operations background
