Insurance Administrator – French Speaker
(Internally known as Policy Servicing Administrator)
Chubb has an excellent opportunity for a French speaking Policy Servicing Administrator in our Glasgow office.
In this role you will provide the highest standards of accurate administration and provide excellent service delivery within our Policy Servicing Unit (PSU). You will review instructions received from our Underwriters and Underwriting Assistants and accurately enter data onto our various internal systems.
There is a large amount of basic administration, data entry and indexing involved in this role. This role is an excellent opportunity for a native or fluent French speaker looking to work in a back office support role or is an ideal fit for entry level candidates looking for their first step on the career ladder.
Prepare insurance policy documentation within agreed SLAs and quality standards
Provide admin support to our Underwriters
Have an in-depth understanding of processes and continuously review with the intention of improving, error proofing, automating, simplifying, clarifying and eradicating any “non-value” process steps.
Proactively gain and develop knowledge of all relevant insurance products
Indexing documents accurately to required policy numbers within our systems.
Minimum of fluency in French language
Experience within an Administration or Processing role is preferred
Particularly experience of following written instructions and data entry
Computer literate and strong organisational skills
Good educational background
