Chubb is closely monitoring the spread of the COVID-19 coronavirus and continually reviewing guidance issued by the government health authorities and the World Health Organization. To minimize any disruption to our clients, agents, and brokers, while ensuring the safety of our employees, there will be slight deviations in our processes
Submitting Business & Policy Fulfillment
We will send scanned/soft copies of the policy documents (billing/invoice, policy schedule, policy wordings (for new business) and succeeding endorsements (if any) to the concerned broker contact we have on record. This will apply to both Broker’s copy and Client’s copy.
Should you want us to send the Client’s Copy directly to their designated recipient, please provide the contact person’s complete name, designation and email address.
Reporting Claims
Filing of claims will be done thru our Claims portal . Alternatively, you or our mutual Clients may also submit the claims documents via email.

Kindly remind our Clients to provide their preferred bank account details for online claims settlement.
Commission Pay out
All commissions will be processed based on existing SLA, i.e. 3rd/4th week of the month via wire transfer. Kindly acknowledge receipt of commission pay out to:
