The Chubb Life Insurance and Chubb Accident Insurance products’ administrator, Greenstone Financial Services Pty Ltd (ABN 53 128 692 884, AFSL No.: 343079) (the Administrator or GFS) and the insurer, Hannover Life Re of Australasia Ltd (ABN 37 062 395 484, AFSL No.: 530811) (the Insurer or Hannover), comply with the Life Insurance Code of Practice (the Code).

The Code sets out the life insurance industry’s key commitments and obligations. It covers many aspects of your relationship with GFS and Hannover, including but not limited to making a claim to how you can make a complaint, as well as protections for customers going through times of vulnerability, family violence, financial hardship or experiencing a mental health condition.
