Chubb Masterpiece Fine Arts Insurance Highlights

  • Individualised coverage 

    We offer flexible, worldwide coverage options to meet your unique needs and cover most causes of loss with no deductible. Cover an entire collection with blanket coverage, itemise your individual pieces, or do both. It’s up to you.

  • Optional cash settlement

    In the unfortunate event a valuable item is irreparably damaged or lost, you can choose to take cash up to the sum insured rather that replacing if it suits you better.

  • Automatic coverage for new items

    If you already have itemised fine arts, newly acquired items are covered for up to 90 days for 25% of the itemised coverage.

  • Paying market value 

    In certain cases, we’ll pay more than the amount itemised on your policy to account for increases in market value.

Chubb Masterpiece Fine Arts Insurance Exclusions

Some of the primary exclusions include loss to fine arts caused by:

  • Cleaning, repairing, refinishing, altering, restoring, reframing or retouching of art.

  • An intentional act by someone covered under the policy.

  • Theft or other misappropriation by someone covered under the policy.

  • Wear & tear, gradual deterioration, rust and corrosion.
