The working environment has changed. Market research shows that 88% of organisations have adopted a working from home strategy in response to Covid-19 and that moving forward staff will work from home at least 1-2 days a week. This increased working from home environment creates new challenges for employers and employees alike including new health and ergonomic considerations, and new working conditions.
Chubb’s Work from Home Group Personal Accident Insurance policy (Policy) is designed to provide support to businesses and their employees as they navigate and adapt to their new working environments.
