Chubb Events Wrap Up

During September, Chubb’s flagship training and development program offered exclusively for our Cornerstone partners, Cornerstone Academy, wrapped up for 2023. We were delighted to see another fantastic cohort of more than 50 brokers graduate from Academy and join our growing alumni family. 

Academy, now in its fifth year, was crafted by Chubb as an annual professional development program to support high-performing Cornerstone partners. The purpose of the program is to provide skills and tools for brokers to develop their leadership potential, enhance business acumen and strengthen the foundations of a long and successful career in the insurance industry. The 2023 program curriculum focused on enhancing participants’ consulting skills and capability, refining their professional presence, mastering trust and influence with clients, and an introduction to honing innovation skills.
