By registering online, Chubb policyholders can*:
- Pay bills online
- View Auto Pay Set-up Guide
- Access policy information, including a coverage summary
- View and print a copy of a policy
- View a current bill or check the status of a bill payment
- Access a home appraisal
- Check the status of a claim, or locate a claim adjuster
- Submit a claim online
- View and print auto ID cards or valuable articles schedules
- Locate their agent or broker's contact information
- Manage information about a collection

Attention Signature Customers
If you are a Signature customer, log on to My Policies to access the Signature Suite,
a Signature-only area of our site that offers you special products and services
to address your unique risk management needs.
Auto Pay Feature
Our Auto Pay Feature is available at no cost to our customers.
This feature responds to bills as they are issued by Chubb and automatically schedules payments
for the customer on the date their premium is due. It also notifies customers via email when
a payment is scheduled so they have time to contact their agent or Chubb should they
have a question about a bill.

*Not all services listed are available to all policyholders.
Online policy information is not yet available for yacht policies;
automobile policies in Hawaii, Kentucky, New Jersey, Texas and Virginia;
or for policies in North Carolina except for MasterpieceŽ Excess Liability.
However, yacht policyholders, auto policyholders in the states listed above,
and North Carolina policyholders can access billing or claims information online.
Currently, policy, billing and claims information for expatriate or collector vehicle
policies cannot be viewed online. |
