What Our Customers Say About Our Claim and Appraisal Service

At Chubb, we view the comments and suggestions we receive from customers as opportunities to help us grow and improve the level of service we offer. To gather such feedback, we distribute a questionnaire to customers who recently had a claim or Chubb home appraisal. Here are some highlights from U.S. respondents.

Regarding Personal Insurance Claims1:

  • More than 94% were "Very Satisfied" with the prompt attention given their claim.

  • Nearly 95% were "Very Satisfied" with the claim handling and fairness of the settlement reached.

  • More than 94% were "Very Satisfied" that the damage assessment was accurate.

  • More than 97% were "Very Satisfied" with the service they received when they filed a claim with Chubb.

Regarding Our Home Appraisal Service2:

  • Approximately 92% rated Chubb's Appraisal Service as "Good" or "Excellent."

  • 95% of responding Chubb appraisal recipients rated the appointment setting process as "Good" or "Excellent."

  • About 90% felt that the Chubb appraiser's knowledge of their home's construction and details was "Good" or "Excellent."

  • Finally, approximately 94% said that their overall impression of Chubb as their personal insurance carrier was "Good" or "Excellent."
