We strive to respond within the same day of receiving a claim and make every effort to pay a claim within 48 hours of settlement. Statement of Account
Multiple insurance policies and invoices for each family member can create a very tedious bill payment and accounting process. Chubb offers a monthly Statement of Account for each family member and a total Statement of Account for the family office, which simplifies the management of all insurance transactions. While the Statement of Account does not replace multiple policy bills, it does offer family offices an easy, efficient way to reconcile these documents and provide a monthly summary to each family member.
