Chubb Corp. Announces Dividend Increase
WARREN, NJ, March 04, 2005 – The Board of Directors of The Chubb Corporation today declared a quarterly dividend in the amount of $0.43 per share payable
April 5, 2005 to shareholders of record on March 18, 2005. This represents an increase of $0.04 per share or a 10.3% increase
over the $0.39 dividend paid last quarter.
