Maureen A. Brundage
Executive Vice President, General Counsel, & Chief Ethics Officer The Chubb Corporation
Maureen A. Brundage joined Chubb in 2005 as executive vice president and general counsel of The Chubb Corporation. She assumed
the additional position of chief ethics officer, responsible for ensuring the effectiveness of Chubb's legal compliance and
ethics program, in June 2008.
Ms. Brundage was previously with the law firm of White & Case LLP, where she headed the firm's global securities practice. She
began as an associate at White & Case in 1981 and was made a partner in 1989.
A summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Fordham University in New York, Ms. Brundage spent her junior year studying
at the London School of Economics. She earned her law degree at the New York University School of Law, where she was editor-in-chief
of its Annual Survey of American Law.
