Gerard Butler, executive vice president, Chubb & Son, became the Eastern U.S. territory field officer in October 2009. He oversees field operations for the Atlanta, Boston, New Jersey, Philadelphia, Tampa, Washington, D.C., and Westchester regions.

From 2003 to 2009, Mr. Butler served as Chubb's Southern zone officer. He was the Ohio Valley regional branch manager from 2001 to 2003. Prior to that, he served as the Harrisburg branch manager for three years and as Midwest regional marketing manager for one year. Mr. Butler served in a variety of human resources roles after joining Chubb in 1992.

Mr. Butler holds a Bachelor of Science degree in law from Glassboro State College.
