• To make contact with the customer within 24 hours of a claim being reported
• To make every effort to pay a claim within 48 hours of agreeing the settlement amount

• Our freephone number provides a 24 hour helpline for claims.
• Claims are normally paid within 48 hours of agreeing the settlement.
• Chubb external claim examiners are authorised to write a cheque on the spot (up to £25,000)
• There are no claim forms to complete.
