New broker appointments
Chubb is constantly looking for new brokers to complement our current appointments throughout the UK.
The key to Chubb's success has been the management of the broker process. Some of the criteria that we use to evaluate Chubb
results are the same benchmarks that guide the success of an appointment with Chubb.
Chubb expects its brokers to operate under the same business philosophy as Chubb. This includes the following attributes:
Character - impeccable reputation in all personal and professional interactions Competence - professional experience and comprehension of the insurance industry's social, political and economic trends Capital - a proven track record of profitability and growth potential
If you would like to have an agency with Chubb there is a 3 step process that you need to complete.
Step 1 – Talk to the right people In the first instance, you will need to contact your local branch development manager. We will then work with you to determine
if our business objectives and cultures are compatible. Look up your nearest Chubb location here
Step 2 - Due diligence You will need to complete and return our application form along with your latest report and accounts. The application form
will require you to provide details of your business, confirmation of your authorisation to undertake insurance mediation,
along with details of you and your firm’s fitness and probity.
Step 3 – Establishing the agency Once we have accepted your application, we will work with you to compile an agreement setting out the terms of business between
us.
When all three steps are completed, we will be ready to do business with you.
