Damaged golf buggy
Our client arranged a lease, including insurance by Chubb, for golf buggies to a company running a golf course.  A golf member had an unfortunate accident and damaged a golf buggy by driving it into a tree.  As the damage was so severe we only asked for photos to be supplied which they provided four days after the initial notification of the claim.  Chubb were able to authorise repairs on the same day the photos were received.

Stolen photocopier
A lessee of one of our clients arrived at work on a Monday morning to find that their premises had been broken into and their leased multifunctional photocopier had been stolen.  The lessee immediately completed the relevant claim form and submitted it the same day.  Chubb and our client were able to source a replacement copier the following day which was delivered to the lessee on the Thursday, only four days after the incident was notified.

Leased trailer
A lessee of one of our clients was involved in a road traffic accident.  The accident resulted in the leased trailer being damaged.  The claim was notified to the programme Third Party Administrator (TPA) by the use of a dedicated phone number.  The TPA who specialises in this area of insurance was able to arrange for a qualified engineer to inspect the trailer and report back.  Given the level of damage the trailer was deemed to be a total loss and the funds for a replacement trailer were settled to the client within 14 days of the initial notification.
