Medical services include:

Emergency medical advice
A highly qualified team of medical consultants and nursing staff are on hand 24 hours a day to provide expert medical assistance. The multi-lingual specialists can advise on a wide range of medical conditions.

Medical referral
Chubb Assistance has contact details for local hospitals and medical practitioners all over the world.

Repatriation
If medically necessary we provide repatriation by the most medically appropriate means be it by land or air. A fully qualified medical escort will accompany the patient if needed.

Emergency medical supplies
If essential medicine or medical equipment is not available locally, we will locate some and forward it on to you.

Travel services include:

Travel advice
Before and during a journey your employees have access to a wealth of travel advice including visa requirements, local key contact, security information and tips on the local culture. All Chubb policyholders have access to www.chubbassistance.com, please use your policy number as a password.

Lost luggage and documents
If luggage or important documents, such as credit cards are lost or stolen on a journey we will assist in locating and replacing them.

Emergency money
We can replace up to £2,000 of money that may have been lost, stolen or damaged whilst travelling.

Emergency travel
We will coordinate travel and accommodation needs for friends and family of an injured person so that they can join them as soon as possible.
