- To make contact with the customer within 24 hours of a claim being reported
- To make every effort to pay a claim within 48 hours of agreeing the settlement amount
Our ongoing survey of homeowner policyholders (Masterpiece) shows that more
than 98% of those suffering a loss rate our claim service as good or excellent,
and 99% are satisfied with the settlement amount. Chubb has twice received industry
awards for outstanding claim service.
