If you are an owner of a condominium unit, you should consider having an insurance that protects your contents and improvements you have made to your unit. Chubb’s Masterpiece Policy covers all types of risks that can result in loss or damage to your contents and improvements, except those listed as exclusions. 

Masterpiece will cover all of your contents for their full replacement value up to your coverage limits and we do not apply any depreciation.  If you ever need to take your home contents with you when traveling, they are automatically covered wherever you go.

We will automatically cover up to 10% of the sum insured for contents at your condominium for any additions, alterations, fixtures, improvements or installations that you have made to your unit.  This may include floor and wall coverings, built-in cabinets, floors, electrical and plumbing systems.  You can also take up additional coverage for additions and alterations, if you feel that the automatic limit is not sufficient.

With Masterpiece , you have the option of replacing your lost or damaged items or receiving cash.
