Chubb assumes you don't know much about our business - most schools don't teach insurance - and most of our recruits didn't
have an interest in it before learning about Chubb. So, we spend the time to teach you the ins and outs of insurance when
you get on board. That means we don't leave training to chance. Everyone is given strong, equal footing from which to move
Your training program spans your first year at Chubb. This training takes numerous forms - you'll attend a New Hire Orientation,
complete a computer-based training program, participate in self-study modules, and attend an extensive training program at
the Chubb School of Insurance, located at our worldwide corporate headquarters in New Jersey. This classroom training, coupled
with real, on-the-job experience will quickly make you an expert in our business.
But training never stops at Chubb. We expect you to participate in 40 hours of training each year and offer a wide range of
options. You'll begin with polishing your negotiation, presentation, and computer skills before moving on to specific industry
courses. As your career progresses, you will attend management courses, receive advanced business training, participate in
leadership seminars, and experience renowned executive education programs.
