Chubb's Employee Resource Groups
In the spirit of furthering Chubb's commitment to creating an inclusive environment, many employees from our diverse population
have adopted Chubb's four "Living the Diversity Vision" Objectives and have organized diversity groups in the home office
and branches worldwide.
Through their initiatives, sponsorships, programs, presentations and other efforts, these groups play an essential role in
influencing progress on diversity issues at Chubb.
