Chubb Service Corporation's 1-800 TeleClaim reporting system was established to speed the claim-reporting process. Our customer service representatives receive claim notices via the Internet, telephone, fax or e-mail. They then enter the claims and electronically distribute the loss report to the appropriate claim office, customer office and/or regulatory agency. 
Using the 1-800 TeleClaim reporting system is as easy as 1 - 2 - 3.

  1. Gather the Facts - Our clients use Chubb Services Corporation-provided worksheets as a guide for collecting claim details. They use the forms as the basis for reporting losses to CSC customer services representatives. 
  2. Call our Toll-Free Number - Chubb Services Corporation customer service representatives will complete the First Report of Injury or ACORD form over the telephone, notify our claim offices electronically and file the necessary forms.  Clients receive a copy of the completed form.
  3. Follow-up - Chubb Services Corporation customer service representatives will provide the location and telephone number of the responsible claim office.  He or she will also assign a claim number for the client to use in future conversations or correspondence with the Chubb Services claim representative.

Specific claim-reporting kits are available and can be customized or tailored to meet clients' needs. These documents can be provided in either paper or electronic format for easy distribution to multiple locations. The kits explain the client's role in reporting the claim, and provide necessary materials for understanding the loss-reporting process.
