Chubb Employee Receives YWCA's TWIN Award
WARREN, NJ, July 27, 2006 -- The YWCA Central Jersey honored Sabrina McCoy, an assistant vice president with the Chubb Group
of Insurance Companies, for her contributions toward the elimination of racism and the empowerment of women. McCoy recently
received her award at the 27th Annual YWCA Central New Jersey Tribute to Women and Industry (TWIN) Awards Dinner at the Hyatt
Regency New Brunswick.
McCoy has served as Chubb's diversity manager since 2005. She is the co-chair of Chubb's Women of Color Advisory Board.
She has been a member and served as secretary of Chubb's Minority Development Council. McCoy has also been a liaison to the
Women of Color Leadership Book Club and a business adviser for the Chubb Black Employee Network.
McCoy joined Chubb in 1983. Prior to her current role, she served as a regulatory compliance coordinator from 1996 to 2005.
She also was a risk manager and underwriting financial consultant for Chubb Services Corporation, a subsidiary of The Chubb
Corporation, and an underwriting officer in Chubb's Department of Financial Institutions.

The 2006 Central New Jersey YWCA's TWIN Awards Program honored 56 women from 41 companies who demonstrated excellence and
top leadership. The TWIN Awards selection criteria include having senior-level functional management responsibility, possessing
outstanding leadership qualities and serving as a successful role model for other women transitioning into executive positions.
