Chubb Executive Receives Outstanding Asian Americans in Business Award
WARREN, NJ, June 19, 2006 -- The Asian American Business Development Center (AABDC) honored Sunita Holzer, a senior vice president
with the Chubb Group of Insurance Companies, for her contributions as an Asian American business professional in corporate
America. Holzer received her award at the 5th Annual Outstanding 50 Asian Americans in Business award dinner in New York
on June 16.
Holzer has served as Chubb's worldwide human resources officer since joining the company in March 2003. With more than 20
years of experience, Holzer has also held managerial positions at GE Capital Corporate, American Express and American International
Group. She serves on the Insurance Conference Group, an organization comprised of senior human resource leaders from the
top 16 insurance companies and is a member of the Human Resources Advisory Council for the Committee for Economic Development.
Holzer is also a member of the advisory board of the National Council for Research on Women, a non-profit women's research
organization, and she is a member of Chubb's Women of Color Advisory Council. Holzer has a B.S. degree from the State University
of New York at Stony Brook and an M.S. degree in human resources management from the School of Labor Relations at New York
Institute of Technology.
