The Chubb Corporation is a holding company of property and casualty insurance companies known informally as the Chubb Group of Insurance Companies. Chubb & Son, a division of Federal Insurance Company, manages these companies. For promotional purposes, “Chubb” refers to member insurers of the Chubb Group of Insurance Companies.
