IT Cares Raises Nearly $75,000 for Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation
 

Inspired by Chubb's chief information officer, IT employees in New Jersey, since 2009, have raised more than $75,000 before Chubb matching gifts to benefit the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. In May 2012, some 75 IT employees participated in a four-hour Walk/Run event held at Duke Island Park in Bridgewater, raising nearly $16,000 for the Foundation to fund research into finding a cure for type 1 diabetes.

“It’s great to see results like these year after year; but, none of this would have been possible without the hard work, dedication and caring spirit of all the folks who make up Chubb IT,” says Jim Knight, global chief information officer.
