Chubb Board Announces Dividend Increase
WARREN, NJ, February 24, 2010 - The Board of Directors of The Chubb Corporation today declared a quarterly dividend in the amount of $0.37 per share payable
April 6, 2010 to shareholders of record on March 19, 2010. This represents an increase of $0.02 per share or a 5.7% increase
over the $0.35 dividend paid last quarter.
