Making it easier to do business with us. Customers enrolled in the Chubb Customer Center can choose to report a claim through the Chubb Customer Center during our normal business hours, or report the claim direct to Chubb, anytime, anywhere. Chubb makes every effort to respond to reported claims within 24 hours and strives to issue payment within 48 hours of settlement.
