How to Enroll
More than 200 fully appointed Chubb Personal Lines agents have enrolled in the Chubb Customer Center and enjoy the convenience
and satisfaction of having our highly trained, licensed account managers service their customer’s personal insurance needs.
The Chubb Customer Center offers a competitively priced service fee of 2%, which is deducted upon policy renewal, so the business
you enroll is serviced from day 1; but the service fee isn’t deducted until the actual policy renewal.
To enroll in the Chubb Customer Center:
- Agency must be a fully appointed agent with Chubb Personal Insurance

- Sign and return the Chubb Customer Center Agency Agreement
