About the Chubb Customer Center

Since 1993, the Chubb Customer Center (CCC) has been providing exemplary service to Chubb customers. Agents partner with us
to eliminate time constraints, staffing issues and other administrative costs. Our team of over 40 insurance professionals,
including 35 licensed insurance agents, can handle any policy, coverage, billing or service issue for enrolled customers across
the United States. Our consultative approach to service ensures we function efficiently as an extension of your office, providing
your customers with prompt, courteous and professional service. Since we act as a back office for our enrolled agents, our
account executives follow-up and communicate all types of messages to our insureds on the agent’s behalf. Outlined below are
a few of the duties performed on a regular basis:
- New line quotes and endorsements for agents
Enrolled agents can contact us for all of their quoting and policy servicing needs.
- Follow up on appraisals
Each new appraisal is reviewed by an account executive, and any coverage options or areas of concern are discussed with both
the insured and the agent.
- Coordinate relocation
When an insured moves, we handle everything from start to finish, securing the new coverage, moving current coverage, issuing
binders, updating mailing addresses and preparing cancellation documents.
- Company/Agency Liaison
When working with the CCC, and agent has the option to contact underwriting on their own, or have the CCC account executive
handle the discussion with underwriting. The agency also has the option to have CCC discuss policy information with the insured
on the agent's behalf.
- Customer advocacy
CCC's customers are our insureds and our agents. In cases where an insured indicates they are shopping coverage, or Chubb
cannot accommodate a risk the insured needs to secure coverage for, we refer the insured back to the agency. We also keep
our agents in the loop on significant changes resulting from appraisals, broker of record changes, cancellations, and any
other obstacles we cross. When it comes to insureds, we always apply our best efforts to secure a favorable outcome, whether
the insured is requesting reinstatement, to keep coverage in force, or an endless number of areas of concern.
- Account reviews
Each time a customer contacts us, we have the opportunity to review their coverage and make recommendations. We also have
two dedicated Signature specialists who review Signature renewal accounts for discrepancies, gaps in coverage, and to be sure
Signature clients understand the services available to them.
