Our Human Resources Department enables Chubb to leverage its human capital to the fullest and ensure that employees' contributions are rewarded.  In close partnership with Chubb's business managers, Human Resources professionals identify challenges to top performance and develop solutions that help the company meet its goals.  This can range from delivering a variety of well-designed training and development opportuntities, to shaping a working environment that supports innovation and risk-taking to achieve business goals, to designing competitive compensation and benefits programs, to helping managers guide employee development and create teamwork.
