Catastrophe Center: Services for Chubb Personal Lines Agents
If the daily operations of our personal lines agents or brokers are disrupted by a catastrophe, Chubb can help with numerous
services. We can help your agency recover while continuing to provide your customers the high-quality of service they have
come to expect.
- The Chubb Customer Center is available as a temporary resource until your business activities can return to normal. The Chubb
Customer Center is a fully licenced service center that can assist your agency and customers in making policy changes (e.g.
temporary mailing address or phone number) and can help answer customer questions. We can also help if your records have been
lost or are temporarily inaccessible. The Chubb Customer Center can be reached at 800-777.2131.
- You may request policy reprints or duplicate copies of in-force personal lines policies on behalf of your customers by emailing
Masterpiece and Yacht requests to MP-Certified-Copy@chubb.com and Non-Masterpiece requests to PLSB-nonMP-Certified@chubb.com. Requests must include the customer's name, policy number, delivery direction (email, fax, home address, etc) and a contact
name and phone number in the event the copy is returned as undeliverable. Please include the catastrophe name as the email
subject.

requests for replacement auto IDs, creating a temporary mailing address for your business, or communicating special paper
