Chubb is proud to be one of more than 1,000 insurance, reinsurance and financial services institutions and distributors that are affiliated with ACORD, as are over 11,000 agencies, brokers, solution providers, user groups and other industry organizations.  In addition to being a member, Chubb also participates in ACORD's:

Steering Committee - Spero Zacharius, Chubb's International Field Operations Manager for Operations Services, is Chair of the Property and Casualty/Surety Domain Steering Committee.

AUGIE

Chubb has been a participant with AUGIE, the ACORD - User Groups Information Exchange, since its inception.  AUGIE's mission is to gather information, share ideas and actively shape the future use of technology and automation for the insurance industry through collaboration with ACORD, agents, brokers, insurers, vendors and associations.  AUGIE provides a free forum for the industry to discuss common issues and gives participants another voice in the ACORD Standards process.

Standards

Chubb also has dedicated staff whose job it is to participate directly in the ACORD standards-setting process.  Chubb staff is actively involved with sharing knowledge and working with other industry veterans in multiple working groups.
