can experience a higher quality of life.
2011 Chubb Charity Challenge Championship Location: Ritz-Carlton Golf Resort, Naples, FL Funds Raised: $905,126 Winner: Jones Brown, Inc. of Calgary Charity: Alberta Children's Hospital Foundation helps provide child health programs, specialized life-saving equipment and
advanced pediatric research.
2010 Chubb Charity Challenge Championship Location: The Sanctuary, Kiawah Island, SC Funds Raised: $925,050 Winner: Arthur J. Gallagher, Charlotte, NC Charity: Misty Meadows Mitey Riders is home to 18 therapy horses offering therapeutic programs for disabled children ages
5 to 18. The riders are able to participate weekly at no cost to their families and have the opportunity to see the world
at a different height, from the back of a horse rather than from a wheelchair.
2009 Chubb Charity Challenge Championship Location: Pinehurst Resort, Pinehurst, NC Funds Raised: $840,000 Winner: Wells Fargo Insurance Services USA Charity: Camp Harrison, Boomer, N.C. was founded and developed through the vision of the YMCA of Greater Charlotte, Camp Thunderbird,
and a Board of Directors made up of leading citizens from the Central Carolinas. The Mission of the YMCA is to put Christian
principles into practice through programs that build healthy spirit, mind, and body for all.
2008 Chubb Charity Challenge Championship Location: Ritz-Carlton Bachelor Gulch, Avon, CO Funds Raised: $1,002,000 Winner: Seibert-Keck Insurance Agency, Akron, OH Charity: Akron Children's Hospital, Akron, OH, has evolved into the largest pediatric health care system in northeast Ohio,
operating two freestanding pediatric hospitals and offering services at about 70 locations across the region.
2007 Chubb Charity Challenge Championship Location: Ritz-Carlton Lake Las Vegas, Henderson, NV Funds Raised: $1,005,000 Winner: Brown Thayer Shedd, Inc., New Canaan, CT Charity: The Bowery Mission Women's Center, New York, NY, provides meals, shelter, clothing, and doctor’s appointment as an
invitation to aid in recovery programs in response to the growing population of homeless women in New York.
2006 Chubb Charity Challenge Championship Location: Ritz-Carlton Golf Resort, Naples, FL Funds Raised: $1,035,000 Winner: Dubuduo & Defendis, Fresno, CA Charity: Congregation of the Sisters of Nazareth, Los Angeles, CA, their main goal is to support the religious and other charitable
works carried on by the members of the congregation and to care for those members throughout their lives. 2005 Chubb Charity Challenge Championship Location: Ritz Carlton, Half-Moon Bay, CA Funds Raised: $1,040,000 Winner: Moody & Associates, Clarksburg, MD Charity: Youth for Christ, Montgomery County, whose focus is to help young people develop into healthy adults that contribute
to their communities.
2004 Chubb Charity Challenge Championship Location: Reynolds Plantation, Greensboro, GA Funds Raised: $818,000 Winner: J. Rolfe Davis Insurance, Maitland, FL Charity: Quest Inc., Apopka, FL, provides job training and support services to hundreds of individuals with disabilities in
Central Florida.
2003 Chubb Charity Challenge Championship Location: Hyatt Regency Lake Las Vegas Resort, Spa and Casino, Henderson, NV Funds Raised: $746,000 Winner: Rogers & Norman, Seattle Charity: Children’s Hospital and Regional Medical Center, Seattle, serves as the pediatric referral center for Washington,
Alaska, Montana and Idaho and provides patient care and conducts pediatric research.
2002 Chubb Charity Challenge Championship Location: Loews Ventana Canyon Resort, Tucson, AZ Funds Raised: $574,000 Winner: Higginbotham & Associates, Fort Worth, TX Charity: Happy Hills Farm Academy/Home, Granbury, TX, provides socially and academically disadvantaged boys and girls the
opportunity to live, work and study in a year-round, residential school/farm setting.
2001 Chubb Charity Challenge Championship Location: World Golf Village Renaissance Resort, St. Augustine, FL Funds Raised: $475,000 Winner: Insurance Alliance, Houston Charity: Family Services of Greater Houston provides a wide range of health and human services for families in the region.
2000 Chubb Charity Challenge Championship Location: Orange County Golf Center, Winter Garden, FL Funds Raised: $350,000 Winner: McGriff, Seibels & Williams Inc., Birmingham, AL Charity: United Cerebral Palsy of Greater Birmingham provides services and programs for children and adults addressing their
physical and health needs, educational development and integration into the community.
