Consider joining the more than 1,400 agents who use The Chubb Access Program to place their most valued insurance customers with Chubb. The following requirements are necessary for enrollment:

• E&O coverage of $1 million or more
• Resident and non-resident agent licenses
• Federal tax ID number and W-9 documentation
• Signed Chubb Access Program agreement
